ANTIRAGGING
- Ragging is totally prohibited in the campus of GNIT College of Management. Anyone found guilty of ragging and / or abetting ragging whether actively or passively, or being a part of conspiracy to promote ragging, is liable to be punished in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 as well as under the provisions of any penal law for the time being in force.
- An anti-ragging cell is constituted under the overall charge of the Director. Anyone found guilty of ragging shall be liable for punishment in accordance with the All India Council for Technical Education Regulations, 2009.
- Apart from inviting any disciplinary action such as suspension, withholding of results, cancellation of admission etc. the erring student may also be subjected to face any legal action as prescribed under the UGC Regulations/by the Concerned Authority
