Under the Guidance of Honorable Chairman sir Shri B.L.Gupta ji,NATIONAL CONSTITUTION DAY ,also Known as SAMVIDHAN DIWAS, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 26 th NOVEMBER,2025 ,at GNIT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT to honour and acknowledge the adoption of the Indian constitution.The event aimed to create awareness among students about the Democratic values, rights,duties and guiding principles embedded in the Constitution Of India.

A one-day workshop on “Generative Artificial Intelligence” was conducted on 21st ,November 2025 a t GNIT college of management with the objective of enhancing students' knowledge of advanced AI technologies and their practical applications. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members.

The workshop was facilitated by Data scientist Mr.Ashutosh Hiskiel, from DUCAT School of AI, who shared valuable insights on the evolution of AI and the rise of Generative AI models. The speaker explained how generative AI systems are capable of creating new content—including text, images, audio, videos, and code—by learning patterns from large datasets. Popular models such as Chat GPT, DALL-E, Mid Journey, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Alpha Code, and Stable Diffusion were discussed.

During the session, the speaker highlighted key concepts such as:
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning foundations
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Neural networks and transformer architecture
• Prompt engineering and effective prompt design
• Ethics and responsible use of AI

Hands-on demonstrations were also provided, allowing participants to explore how generative AI tools can be used for content creation, coding assistance, data analysis, image generation, business tasks, and research applications. Students were particularly impressed by the real-time demonstrations of text-to-image and text-to-code generation.

The workshop emphasized the future scope of generative AI in various industries, including education, healthcare, cyber security, marketing, automation, and creative fields. The importance of staying updated with AI trends and acquiring skills necessary for an AI-driven workplace was strongly encouraged.

The workshop on Generative Artificial Intelligence was highly informative, practical, and inspiring. It provided students with valuable exposure to next-generation technologies and equipped them with skills that are essential for the AI-driven industry.

A Financial Awareness Session on “Wealth Creation through Capital Markets” was organized on 11TH November .2025 by GNIT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT with the objective of enhancing students’ understanding of financial literacy, savings, and investment opportunities in the Indian capital market.

The session was conducted by Ms.Himani Trainer from NSDL, who shared valuable insights about how the capital market functions and how individuals can build long-term wealth through systematic investment.

The resource person explained key concepts such as stocks, mutual funds, bonds, SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans), and portfolio diversification. The speaker also emphasized the importance of financial planning, risk management, and discipline in investment. Real-life examples and success stories were discussed to make the session engaging and practical.

Students actively participated in the interactive discussion, asking questions about trading, investment safety, and market trends. The session helped them understand that wealth creation is a gradual process that requires knowledge, patience, and informed decision-making.

The session proved to be highly informative and enriching, motivating participants to adopt financially responsible habits and to explore opportunities in the capital markets for sustainable wealth creation.

An industrial visit to Ducat IT Training School, Greater Noida, was organized on 7th November 2025 by the Training and Placement Cell of GNIT College of Management. The visit aimed to provide students with valuable exposure to current industry practices and emerging technologies in the IT sector. Ducat IT Training School, known for its professional IT training and corporate workshops, conducted an interactive and insightful workshop on the topic “Data Analytics with Artificial Intelligence.” The objective of the session was to help students understand how data-driven technologies and AI tools are transforming the modern IT landscape.

The workshop, conducted by expert trainer Mr. Ashutosh from Ducat, combined theoretical discussions with live demonstrations, offering students a practical understanding of the subject. The session covered essential concepts such as an introduction to Data Analytics and its real-world importance, data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing methods, and an overview of Artificial Intelligence and its connection with analytics. Students also gained exposure to machine learning models used in data analysis and participated in a hands-on session on Power BI. They learned how to visualize datasets using interactive dashboards and examined real-time case studies that demonstrated how AI supports businesses in predicting outcomes and improving decision-making.

In addition to the technical aspects, the session concluded with a career counseling discussion that guided students on the growing career opportunities in the fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Overall, the industrial visit to Ducat IT Training School proved to be a highly informative and enriching experience. It successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industrial application, motivating students to enhance their technical competencies and prepare themselves for future challenges in the rapidly evolving IT industry.

GNIT College of Management Students Attend Aap Ki Adalat Featuring Akshay Kumar

On 17th September 2025, students of GNIT College of Management visited the India TV studio to witness the live recording of the renowned show Aap Ki Adalat, hosted by Rajat Sharma with Akshay Kumar as the special guest.

The production team welcomed the students with an overview of the show’s format and behind-the-scenes process, giving them insights into television production and stage management.

Akshay Kumar, in his signature style, shared his inspiring journey from martial arts instructor to one of India’s most celebrated actors. He spoke about discipline, determination, and socially relevant themes in his films—ranging from sanitation and women’s safety to patriotism. His candid responses, humor, and humility left a lasting impression.

The session, filled with engaging questions and light-hearted banter by Rajat Sharma, was both entertaining and enlightening. For the students, it was not just a celebrity interaction but also an inspiring learning experience about dedication, communication, and professional excellence.

The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, academicians, entrepreneurs, and students on a common platform to discuss, display, and deliberate upon the future of technology and its applications.

The visit aimed to:

GNIT College of Management Organizes Guest Lecture on Indian Knowledge System (IKS)

GNIT College of Management organized an insightful Guest Lecture on Indian Knowledge System (IKS) on 10th September 2025, with the objective of enriching students’ understanding of India’s vast intellectual heritage and its contemporary relevance.

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Somendra Shukla, a distinguished scholar in Indian philosophy and culture. Dr. Shukla began by introducing IKS as a holistic body of indigenous knowledge encompassing diverse disciplines—philosophy, science, mathematics, astronomy, architecture, medicine, governance, art, and literature.

He emphasized how ancient Indian texts such as the Vedas, Upanishads, Arthashastra, and Ayurveda offer timeless wisdom that continues to shape modern education, research, and sustainable living practices. The session shed light on India’s remarkable contributions in various fields, including mathematics (concept of zero, decimal system), astronomy (Aryabhata, Varāhamihira), metallurgy, yoga, and Ayurveda.

A major highlight of the lecture was the discussion on the integration of Indian Knowledge System with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Dr. Shukla explained how this alignment bridges traditional wisdom with modern scientific approaches, fostering innovation, ethical values, and cultural rootedness among learners.

The lecture proved to be an engaging and enlightening experience for the students, inspiring them to appreciate India’s intellectual legacy while connecting it to contemporary global challenges.

GNIT College of Management Students Attend Aap Ki Adalat

On 11th September 2025, students of GNIT College of Management had the privilege of attending a live recording of the renowned talk show Aap Ki Adalat, hosted by veteran journalist Mr. Rajat Sharma. The episode featured celebrated Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami, admired for his exceptional performances and key contributions to Indian cricket.

The session highlighted Shami’s journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of India’s leading fast bowlers. Speaking candidly, he shared his experiences of memorable matches, fitness practices, and the challenges of managing personal and professional life. His humility, perseverance, and humor left a lasting impression on the audience.

Students also gained valuable exposure to the workings of television production—camera setups, scripting, time coordination, and live interaction management. The visit offered practical lessons in communication, confidence, and authenticity.
