The GNIT CM Training Department organized a guest lecture for the MBA First Year students on “ *Personal Branding: How to Establish Yourself in the Corporate World” on 17th February 2026.* The session was delivered by *Dr. Manoj Singh Rana* , a distinguished academician in literary studies and communication. He holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi. He has been associated with Akashvani Delhi as a casual English newsreader for the past 14 years and has anchored several prestigious events.
During the session, Dr. Rana emphasized the importance of voice quality in corporate communication, highlighting key aspects such as clarity, volume, tone, pitch, and pace. He also suggested practical techniques like improving pronunciation, breath control, consistency, and the effective use of pauses. Through examples of well-known personalities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Rajpal Yadav, Akshay Kumar, and Shashi Tharoor, he explained how individuals create their own brand value through unique communication style and confidence. The session was interactive, insightful, and highly motivating for MBA First Year students as they prepare to enter the corporate world.
The RESEARCH EXCELLENCE CENTRE OF GNIT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT has organised ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON 20th Feb,2026 entitled "HOW TO WRITE A RESEARCH PAPER" for MBA Students. The session was conducted by Dr Fateh Bahadur Kunwar DEAN ACADEMICS & IQAC. The workshop aimed to provide students comprehensive knowledge and practical guidance on academic research writing and publication process.
During the session the resource person explained the fundamental structure of research paper including the Title, Abstract ,Introduction literature review, Methodology, Results Discussion and conclusions .The workshop served as an significant step towards promoting a Research oriented culture at GNITCM.
The GNITCM Training Department conducted an orientation and awareness session on 19th February regarding the *National* *Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) 2026,* a prestigious nationwide competition organised by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), a capacity building initiative of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The session aimed to familiarize undergraduate and postgraduate students with the objectives and structure of the quiz, which focuses on enhancing financial literacy and analytical understanding of key areas such as savings, investments, debt instruments, insurance, and regulatory frameworks. The department guided students on effective preparation strategies and highlighted the importance of informed financial decision-making in both personal and professional life. Participation in the NISM Quiz 2026 provided an enriching academic experience, strengthening students’ knowledge and competencies while positioning GNITCM as an active contributor to national initiatives promoting financial education. The department recommends continued encouragement of student participation in future editions to further enhance confidence, financial awareness, and academic value.
Under the Guidance of Honorable Chairman sir Shri B.L.Gupta ji,NATIONAL CONSTITUTION DAY ,also Known as SAMVIDHAN DIWAS, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 26 th NOVEMBER,2025 ,at GNIT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT to honour and acknowledge the adoption of the Indian constitution.The event aimed to create awareness among students about the Democratic values, rights,duties and guiding principles embedded in the Constitution Of India.
A one-day workshop on “Generative Artificial Intelligence” was conducted on 21st ,November 2025 a t GNIT college of management with the objective of enhancing students' knowledge of advanced AI technologies and their practical applications. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members.
The workshop was facilitated by Data scientist Mr.Ashutosh Hiskiel, from DUCAT School of AI, who shared valuable insights on the evolution of AI and the rise of Generative AI models. The speaker explained how generative AI systems are capable of creating new content—including text, images, audio, videos, and code—by learning patterns from large datasets. Popular models such as Chat GPT, DALL-E, Mid Journey, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Alpha Code, and Stable Diffusion were discussed.
Hands-on demonstrations were also provided, allowing participants to explore how generative AI tools can be used for content creation, coding assistance, data analysis, image generation, business tasks, and research applications. Students were particularly impressed by the real-time demonstrations of text-to-image and text-to-code generation.
The workshop emphasized the future scope of generative AI in various industries, including education, healthcare, cyber security, marketing, automation, and creative fields. The importance of staying updated with AI trends and acquiring skills necessary for an AI-driven workplace was strongly encouraged.

The Training Cell at GNIT CM proudly organized an enriching seminar on "Soft Skills Development for Enhanced Employability and Placements", featuring esteemed speakers from RuralShores Skills Academy. The keynote speaker, Mr. Neeraj Agarwal, the visionary CEO of the academy, was joined by the accomplished Ms. Sonal Arora, Program Manager, and the dynamic Mr. Prince Kumar Singh, Business Development Manager, creating an inspiring lineup of experts.
