• Dr. Pankaj Kumar (Director)

    Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar, Director-GNIT College of Management,Greater Noida is a seasoned academician, scholar and institutional leader having over 22 years of an illustrious track record in Management Education. Dr. Pankaj Kumar has been the Director-Academics of HLM Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad. His career includes rich experience in the field of academics and managerial practices. He is a master in English and Economics from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He has done his B.Ed. & M.Ed. from CCS University, Meerut. Author of two books on Customer Relationship Management and Marketing of Services, Dr. Kumar earned his MBA in Marketing & HR from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow and did his Ph.D. in marketing from SVU. Having more than two decades of experience in Academia and Corporate, Dr. Kumar is credited many research papers published in National and International Journals to his name.

  • Prof. Deepshikha Sharma (HOD)

    A pure blend of corporate and academic exposure, Prof. Deepshikha Sharma is heading the Department Of Management. She is MBA in Finance and Marketing, MA (Education), M.COM and B.Ed Prof. Deepshikha Sharma has been actively participating in enriching academic and personal grooming activities for the students since her initiation into the academic world. She has delivered her expert lectures in several reputed institutes of the country. She has organized many seminars, conferences, expert talk shows, conclaves and Industry Expert lectures in her fifteen years of Academic journey. She has developed course contents for a few management institutes and extended her consultation for corporate.

  • Dr. Prachee Mittal Tandon (Associate Professor)

    Dr. Prachee Mittal Tandon is currently Associate Professor at GNIT College of Management. She was Head-Finance and Admin at her own proprietorship Firm Kkonnections India for 9 years before she rejoined academics. She holds a doctorate from Lingayas University Faridabad, PGDBA with a dual degree in IT and Finance from IBS Bangalore, MBA (IT &Marketing) Punjab Technical University and B.E (Computer Technology) from YCCE Nagpur University. She has contributed to various National and international Research papers. Her papers are published in refereed International and National Journals and SCOPUS Indexed Journal. She has authored a book “Emotional Intelligence and Employee engagement in Healthcare” which gives an insight to healthcare providers and their level of emotional and professional involvement. She has worked for companies like Ranbaxy and also taught as a visiting faculty in various Management colleges. She also has an experience of running her own coaching center. Her research areas include Emotional Intelligence and employee engagement.

  • Prof. Vikas Nehra

    Prof.Vikas Nehra is Assistant Professor & Controller of examination at GNIT College Of Management with an experience of 11 years. He is an LL.B graduate and also completed B.A. in Political Science and MBA in Finance & Marketing, and is currently pursuing PhD in Management. He is a certified faculty of Human Value and Ethics with a Sound knowledge of Social science. He has been Active member in Hastinapur Vippasana meditation centre as a member management. He has published a few papers in SAMBODHI, a Quarterly Peer Reviewed, Referred Research Journal. He has authored a book “International Trade” (Ardent Publication)

  • Prof. Dr. Bhawna Singh

    Dr. Bhawna Singh is working as an Assistant Professor at GNIT College of Management, Greater Noida . She is a proficient academician, educationist, scholar, trainer and a good speaker having an experience of more than 6 years . She has done her graduation, post graduation and doctorate from Benaras Hindu University (BHU) . She holds her Doctorate degree in the field of Export Marketing. Her research papers have been published in national and international publications . She has actively participated in various national and international conferences and seminars. She has a keen eye to grooming of outer and inner self of students to bring about a positive change in their attitude and conduct.
